Victoria Police’s Operation Alliance Taskforce is investigating a shocking series of linked crimes that unfolded across Melbourne’s western suburbs overnight, including multiple car key thefts from gyms, an attempted armed robbery and a vicious stabbing that left two teenage boys hospitalised, one in a critical condition.
The incidents began between 8pm and 9pm on Monday the 11th of May at a gym on Hummingbird Boulevard in Tarneit, where offenders stole car keys from victims’ personal belongings inside the facility. The thieves fled in a stolen white Honda Accord Euro.
