Organised crime detectives have charged a man over the fire that gutted a heritage-listed mansion on Weetunga Street, Fulham, back in May.

Serious and Organised Crime Branch detectives arrested the 40-year-old Spalding man today. He's charged with serious criminal trespass and arson. He was refused police bail and he's due in Murray Bridge Magistrates Court tomorrow.
