Three weeks on, police haven't announced any charges over the firebombing of a tobacco warehouse on Beulah Road in Norwood. At about 6.30am on Saturday 3 October, a man allegedly threw Molotov cocktails at a van parked at the warehouse and it went up in flames.

A security guard says the man threw flammable liquid at his car while he was still sitting in it. Then the man allegedly jumped a fence and went for the van. It has been reported this was the third attack on the warehouse since April, so who keeps coming back to Beulah Road, and why?
